Rhöner Wurstmarkt

Heimat 🫶🏻

Rhöner Wurstmarkt in Ostheim – a festival for gourmets!

Every two years, Ostheim, my home town, becomes a meeting point for food lovers, especially sausage lovers… and wine lovers… and beer lovers 🥰

It’s all about sausages.

Thüringer Rostbratwurst 🥰

… and beer.

Not only in Munich…also in Uhste.
🍻🍻🍻
Cheers!

The Wurstmarkt is showcasing the traditional culinary craftsmanship of the Bavarian, Hessian, and Thuringian Rhön ❤️

Tasting 😁
My kind of shopping paradise 🥰
Another tasting sample: black pudding with wasabi, mmmhhhh! 😁
My kind of Christmas tree 😍
The gourmet mile from above.
Frankonian wine goes very well with black pudding 🫶🏻

The best part: meeting family & relatives ♥️

The female side: aunts, nieces, cousins, sisters 🫶🏻
Super campaign & producing our own creation of meatlove „virtually“ – so much fun!
The oldest Kirchenburg in Germany 🙂
Beautiful 🙂
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 wine & wurst tasting.
A break for digesting…
And ready for more tasting.
Live music 🎷🎺🪊
Catching up with my two god children 🥰

Hardly recovered from yesterday… the day was long or the night short 😉 the after-wurstmarkt-party was also great.

Day no. 2 started with sampling again (well, you should begin the next day with how you ended the previous one, right?).

Different things, super delicious again.

Discovered a snack box which was made to go with the wine. Of course! ☺️
Beautiful bottle dress. Upside down 😁
Fried potatoes with black pudding ☺️
Salami made out of donkey 🫏
Schmalzbrot
Congratulations!🥇
Sampling 😍
Loved the hair style 🌭
Enough sausages. Time to go home now.

Two days of tasting, exploring, learning, socializing and meeting the family. This was so much fun & so delicious.

Time for sausage-free days… 🙂

See you in 2 years again!
Bye bye, Frankonia ❤️ Heimat ❤️
